Fun to start a new endeavor! Been thinking about blogging for a while, but wasn't sure what to talk about. So I decided to use my garden, such as it is, as the main focus, with regular off shoots into my many hobbies and family life.
Today workmen came to install a fence in our back yard. We live in a corner house with a bit of a weird set up in back, so it's just a little fence to be decorative more than anything else. We went through a bunch of different ideas and had to go back and forth to the city's building inspector since we kept choosing designs that were against the building codes. What a drag! D and I were both getting a little ticked that it was turning into so much of a hassle. But it worked out in the end.
Until the workmen unloaded the truck and I saw that they had the wrong fence!
So they installed the posts and will be back on Monday to finish. *sigh*
